Heyall i forgot the title of a MANHUA and need help. I read it a while back so my memory is foggy.
Mc suddenly woke up in a hospital(?) It wasn't like on a bed or anything, just a random room and when he tried to go to the door and check a person suddenly came screaming then another came and killed him with a weapon, i think it was a chainsaw iirc. When that happened mc hid under something, then the guy w a chainsaw came in the room. Mc almost got caught but i think he like slashed the guy w something and ran. Iirc he got into like a car crash and the thing he got into was like a game?
I actually remember the title having Nightmare in it but im not sure
