she is so OP but she wont mess up future battles
she does not care to enter fights because her 'student is powerful enough to handle it' or the fight would be too easy or she's just doing whatever else to cure her boredom

I don't mind being given spoilers. But the master is nice, right? I mean he's nice to our MC. You can spoiler me as much as you can hahahaha bcz for me this manhwa is the type i want to keep reading even if i get spoiler. Like the holy trinity (づ￣ ³￣)づ

Ok her name is Grandeur.
I think she is nice in her own twisted way.
She cares for our MC and helps the people around him so they can be better.
She senses threats and 'feels' future battles from a distance without interfering. Caz if she did, it would just end right away.
I found it reassuring that if things got too bad, Master would save the day but she has avoided saving the day many times so far
So the other characters get development.

Rudger literally thinks of her as his mother and he sometimes wants her attention even if the outcome is not good.
Like this one time, he was in the hospital after fighting one demon and he was waiting for her to show up and ridicule him for being so beat up but she didn't. She was busy scaring the crap out of two other demons.

Grandeur saved, raised and trained the MC.
So she's the cause of his humbler than thou attitude and his continuous learning attitude.
She believes MC is a genius but she doesn't praise him too much while Rudger attributes all his achievements to her

She thinks he's a bratty child, imagine that. Also she asked him if he was going through the rebellious phase of puberty once and that she was gonna beat his ass. (MC is almost 27)



I want to see more of her days raising the MC
They have passive aggressive relationship.

I think she is loveable and I hope she gets as much screentime as possible.

Oh there was also this one time where Grandeur stopped talking to Rudger and locked herself in her room when he was younger and he was devastated.
I dont remember what he did but it was one of those situations when you break your mother's heart and expect her to cry or beat you

Idk seeing the cold mc get soft and docile is fun.

Or full on panicking or overthinking.

He mostly does that when his Master is involved

Aww. I think that mostly how mother and son relationship. So heartwarming in their own way. So the one saved rudger in this isekai world is her master right? I want to know more their story. And i like this story who have so many mistery. Mwehehehhehe and thanks for your spoiler ヾ(＾-＾)ノ

Yea Rudger has a messed up backstory. IDK the details, story so far only gives just hints.
But one flashback has Grandeur literally rescuing him before he died and said she would raise him.

I wanna know about his backstory in his first and second (present) life. Both seem so complicated especially with his biological families. His mother, father, siblings in both lives.

I've seen ppl say MC has a strained relationship with his first life mom and that he hates/fears his 2nd life dad

But I would have to read the novel from the start to find out

I think he killed her as a form of mercy killing to be honest. Like euthanasia.
so my wild theory is that Rene's mom is actually Rudger's sister and she was the only one who treated him kindly and sympathized with his migraines and stuff. They got reunited by chance (maybe him rescuing the kids) then he finds she is suffering from unimaginable pain and she tries to kill herself in secret.
Say she fatally injures herself but due to religion she is not supposed to kill herself lest she'll be damned so Rudger finishes the job so at judgement it can be said that he caused her death.
then the kids come and witness Rudger delivering the final blow hence the misunderstanding.
but that just my theory (〜￣△￣)〜
