Right!! Or they fall privvy/vicitm to the damsel in distress and fail to see their flaws - ie what a psycho they’ll most likely be later. It’s so disappointing. I read one recently like that, the female lead stood on business, pretty much disliked ALL the male leads, did her own thing and I genuinely thought it would be different. Only for her ......   reply
