I honestly can't stop questioning Hen's feelings for Ivan because of the whole snake bite mark thing. Or Alek's feelings for Hen because he's never had anything else genuinely good in his life that he's just grasping at the one thing he accidentally allowed himself to have out of selfishness.
I mean at the beginning it was Ivan had a thing for Hen and Hen had a thing for Alek and Alek just held a grudge against Ivan so did in fact went after Hen just to get back at him. And now, despite knowing that the mark could potentially disown the feelings Hen grew for Ivan out of force, Hen is acting like he actually genuinely chose Ivan after having one bad night with Alek and being jealous for no reason in a short amount of time.
Everything Hen does with those two is so forced because of a snake mark, that the love triangle itself is obtuse where Alek and Ivan has more genuine chemistry that needs to be worked on and Hen is way over at the other side being obtuse.
Don't get me wrong, Hen is a likable character since he knows what he wants and is a kind and caring funny character, but when Ivan or Alek is with him, he's thrown into a situation he doesn't understand or have any control over so he's become OOC for the supposed love interests just to move their own story. And I'm annoyed for him.
So in conclusion: I hate the romance but love the characters when they are not with each other. Alek is so much more complex and interesting instead of snobbish and weird. Hen is so much more funny and likable. Ivan without getting all rapey is genuinely sweet and funny but also more complicated and interesting when talking to Alek instead. There are times when Ivan and Hen are cute together but as long as the snake bite is there, the romance and sex scenes are just lowkey cringe.
Like please get rid of that snake bite mark already.
Idk why your comment was downvoted. This was exactly how some felt before their romance was “locked in” per say. I think to really emphasize that Hen is beyond his imprint it would make sense if he maybe had access to getting it removed and chose not to (or hell, chose to) but stayed in a relationship with Ivan. It reminds me of omegaverse where characters fall for each other but there’s always that underlying feeling that one has this power over the other which feels uncomfortable.
Yeeeeess. Every time I feel soft by their flirting, I'm reminded that all of this has the possibility of not being genuine affection as I do with Omega verse mangas that are like a demented soul-mates version that has no binding consent whatsoever. I wish Ivan and Hen decided to date after the mark was removed. All it serves now is being sex-plot device convenience cringe.
I paid for the first season of this comic in Lezhin because it was funny, but once the love triangle began, I wasn't comfortable with how Hen was being manipulated by the mark to the extent it was manipulating him, and I didn't want to put my money into something that wouldn't pay off and leave me with regret.
I learned my lesson with other comics and when one doesn't disappoint, I pay for the full version in Lezhin. Not that I do it with all Lezhin comics since some are very promising from beginning to end.

Yeah! It’s like they have the potential to have hot and interesting sex, but then we just see the pheromones flying around and it feels like this wild drunk and high fling going around. Like “I lose control for you” is hot sometimes but I’d like to see them do it without the imprint being a horn catalyst. I actually really liked when Hen leaned in to kiss Ivan on his own after really thinking about it. Moments like those show their development, but then when he is like so imprinted he just HAS to give head in the middle of the roof when it is out of his character, I sigh because I love Hen too much to see sex feel so forced.
I really want a story about the Jinx guy!!! But the spin off to this is about the glasses guy instead! Are you serious sensei??!!! I mean it's a cute spin off but not what I was hoping for!!! TTnTT
