I usually love og female leads being kind of twisted, and the villainess is good, but I’m glad that the original reeze was actually helplessly, naively, good. She actually just wanted to defy the cruel fate of the world and let Edith be happy. She didn’t know her choice would lead to numerous Edith’s suffering over and over.
