this is probably going to bite me in the ass later on but i dont find guwon suspicious. i think the reason why he seems so childlike is because he recently just got consciousness. think frankenstein’s monster or bella baxter from poor things. tho im not sure if its the same situation but im fairly confident hes a reanimated being of some sort.
The way Guwon carried out the capital punishment is interesting. It’s very animalistic, which is probably the point. All I’m saying is a good ole hanging in the plaza would have worked just as well. It does make sense for his character though seeing that he’s obviously primarily driven by his id (see: reaction to sex). This plus his law and order moral orientation (kohlberg) also lends credence to the theory that he probably just got sentience recently. THAT MAN IS UNDEAD. Kinda. Sorta.
