I know that Caesar is technically "Toxic"
But I seriously love how he is showing his obsession and love to Leewon as best as he can. In my opinion he has actually grown in respect since the side stories, if it was in the past he wouldn't have cared if Leewon fell or hurt himself. Now he even kisses the wound and holds on tighter so it doesn't happen again ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
And I understand that Caesar is serious about the killing, but remember he was born and raised a literal heir to the mafia...it's actually understandable why he acts the way he does.

So maybe it's not a cheating plot but that of a long time crush that he is afraid of showing his emotions towards? Like maybe he has a disapproving parent...or maybe they met in the past and red hair forgot about black hair? Now that they mentioned it they might have been in the same taekwondo class as children?!?! Ufggggggg I can't deal with the tension (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
