Just wanted to share this to anyone this may help. I'm the fattest (and emphasis on fat) I've ever been in my life. 90kg/200lbs. And if you ever saw me, you would never guess I weighed that much. A lot of people were like oh it's probably muscle but I've done a special BMI calculator recently and it said my BMI was 39.5. It makes me sad when people pay attention to a number more than your actual body health. I gained so much weight this year that I can't fit my nice clothes but when I went to the doctor they told me I was the healthiest I've ever been in my medical history. I don't obsess with the fact I'm 200. Would I like to be lower? Yes, but I'm happy I'm healthy. Other people may talk but your weight is not their business. As long as you're happy with yourself and where you're at, that's all that matters. I see "losing weight" as sculpting your body. The body fat isn't what most people think they want to get rid of. Its to sculpt their body into what they deem desirable and it sometimes can be achieved without even changing your weight. My 200 in May looks different from my 200 in September. Same weight, same fat distribution. Just sculpting. I stretch and walk
Yo, I like yaoi. Born 1999. I’m a huge nerd who loves board games, comic books, and anime. "Dont call me ma'am, I work for a living" (you know if you know); engineer I like many other things besides yaoi but that's what brought me here
