TW(Trigger Warning); self harm

There was a bl i read that was about very sensitive topics such as self harm. I think the title was a japanese word for a person who never leaves their house, but it’s much more deeper than that. The story is very dark, but the way they treated that topic in the bl was very well done and super touching. i really loved the way they didn’t rush everything and actually made it look like a situation in real life!

I’m searching for a yaoi manga where the main character has ocd? I’m not sure if he has ocd or if he just doesn’t like to touch dirty stuff, I know that someone else tries to help him so that the main character doesn’t wear gloves to open doors or anything else please help me ^^ I know the cover has something like a guy who is shirtless or has his shirt open(?) I’m not sure

It’s about a boy(let’s call him Liam)’s girlfriend that died from cancer and then the guy met another boy(let’s call him john), liam thought that john was a girl cauz he was wearing a wig and then he sort of like replaced liam’s girlfriend i don’t really know the story sorry!
