And the way it’s justified by leading the other men on is that these guys aren’t any better. Glasses guy easily cheated on his gf. And the sporty guy also is having an affair with a married woman with a family and also wants to take advantage of the mc. They both are not innocent. She lost an organ, she will use her body as she likes to get her revenge. That’s the point of the story.
