I'm guessing he gets pregnant but doesn't want the baby and decides to abort it but then ML finds out and is torn between not wanting a kid (hence the repeated thoughts of being careful w getting ppl preggers cuz they can use it against him) or wanting the baby bc it's MC and he likes MC and gets the shock of his life that he's an omega this whole time and preggers.
