can people who have replied to you on a topic still reply to you after you've blocked them?? or can they at least see the topic but can't reply?
cuz i really wanna block a bitch for being so fucking dumb but she hasn't replied and i wanna leave a good comment before blocking her so idk if she's gonna see it or not
