Some books use that technique to make readers interested, then explain everything later, but there are no explanations in the horizon

Guys look, he's a male lead in a romance manga and yet HE STILL HAS EMOTIONS. He even raised the red flag of bad quality by saying that the main character is amusing, BUT in this manga he actually meant it and it was something that suited his personality?! What's going on, life didn't prepare me for this
He even called her "my kitten" and it wasn't disgusting enough to make me stop wanting to live! Apparently typical manga male leads caused me to worship any drawn man I see that has enough emotions to not look like a piece of wood. That can't be good
