I think the older brother is famous/popular, and the use wasnt really acquaintanced with them for a while or they weren’t raised together. They transform but are usually in their human form if not for all of the manga.

Ok so it is a Bl manga, and it takes place in college(?) or school setting. The school is split btw academics, and sports. The bottom is basically the maid for this dads sports house he’s running. (His dad is a coach). And he is part of the academics. He is not happy there and the top comes and helps his realise this and get out.
