the fl is the one with brown hair but she was originally a side character in the “novel” she read in her past life (that’s what i understood); she basically asks the male lead for help and offers a 3 year contract marriage, he helps her cause he’s been having dream about her before they met (but his dream is about how they met in the novel in which she used a weakness of his to threaten him into marriage, but he realizes that she isn’t like the dream versions of her self), she ends up by leaving after 3 years is up cause she’s technically an extra and the og fl (bitch) appears; and it turn out that the ml doesn’t like the og fl but is actually in love with our fl (brown hair girl) but on his way to go see her after she left he gets into an accident and loses his memory ; so now he only remembers her from the dream— that’s where I’m at right now and a lot of people dropped it because of the misunderstanding trope

Well as for someone who craves for love and affection,Miki is desperate. He needs to be in a new environment and neighborhood to change that attitude. Just imagine from childhood to adulthood Miki had to endure, no one took his side. And for the first time in his life takagi showed the love he longed for.
You got a point though and Miki needs to unwind. He just needs to meet wholesome people like Shimazaki or better than him. Just imagine from your childhood and soon to be adulthood you felt the inferiority, no one to open up to, piling or the heavy feelings inside you, so i could emphatize with Miki. And as for the teacher and twin brother needs to go to mental hospital.
Your right, his childhood is really fucked up. Imagine all your life, you've been treated as a lesser version of your sibling, by your own parents at that. And you are expected to put up with it just because your are the older sibling as they say your suppose to be the understanding one. Im an older sibling myself. I understand that feeling pretty well.
My problem with the mc is that after knowing that the seme was just dating him because mc looks like his twin brother, the reason for his inferiority complex. After a little bit of coaxing he accepted him. I mean make him suffer at least!!. And the seme is really shameless and it irritates me so much

True, and I really hope author will change the endgame I hope this story gets longer for Mc to heal and meet wholesome people as well as much million times better partner than the teacher.
