Some parts of this story were hard to sallow, with the topics of corrupt politics, rape, racism, hate crimes and religion, but the only thing that can bring focus on topics like this is being blunt and having it shoved in your face. I had a lot of complicated feelings towards the characters (Cough gale cough) it was interesting to see how they were so human in the end. They fucked up and were horrible people, but learning how they became like that really added dimension to characters. Of course that doesn’t justify their actions. (Gale still crazy af) I was so happy that Simon and Connor got the ending they deserved. They been through some shit Fr.

Everything else about the story is unique and interesting, the characters are cool and the backgrounds make them very developed but the rape just ruins it for me- plus I don’t understand the point of it…
