I love the art and overall vibe of the story n all but … THIS IS WAY TOO ONE-SIDED. She is soo lovely and ya she may be clumsy and socially-unaware but those seem to be her charming points. She is able to show the person she loves just how much she appreciates and cares about him. What does he do in return? Call her shitty insults like stupid and then makes up for it by catching her as shes about to fall or smth. Honestly, I don’t really see what’s so great about this guy other than “Oh! He makes my heart flutter!” and “He has his good sides…”. Maybe it’s just me but the author should give him some sort of redemption arc that shows the readers he actually likes Mugi. Though this is fiction, a relationship where you’re constantly giving your all while the other person is only giving the bare minimum would not last for long.
Mugi I hope u get the love and attention that u deserve
I should rlly stop reading these unsatisfying shoujo mangas at 1am…
This is such a silly thing to get upset over lol, have you never heard of tsunderes before? They're extremely common in anime/manga, and actually more common in female characters. I don't see how this is one sided at all and I've read all the way up till the latest chapter. There are like a thousand more MLs that are worse than him and those stories get praised a loot.
Which is okay! I personally don't like how female tsunderes are usually written since they're head over heels for the ml one minute and then suddenly blushy and mean and for some reason we see their underwear. It's too shallow to me sometimes.
But I tend to like male tsunderes since they're prickly and emotionally constipated but the fls manage to show them how to let their guard down and the male tsunderes really really do genuinely care about the fls and stand up for them when least expected
The mc forgave the ml way too easily. After all he did to him, he's still willing to be together with him?? He kidnapped him, touched him without consent, forced mc to spend time with him despite being told numerous times that he was unwanted there, threatened his family and friends, forced him to cut contact with people. Then, in the end, he whines, begs and cries a bit, and the mc goes back to him just like that. Sure, people can change, but to what extent?? In my opinion, mc should have cut contact and started a new life , away from this psycho. And, if the ml still refused to leave him alone, he should've been more assertive. This story had a lot of potential but its redemption arc was weak and the characters were one-dimensional.
I just read a really frustrating story before this (ahem ahem pink to habanero) and wow this put me in a good mood. The feelings between these two seem to be mutual and theyre both so sweet to each other. I especially love how cute Madoka is lol shes such a sweetheart. 10/10 would reread and looking forward to the rest of the story
REALL, pink to habanero pisses me off so badly sometimes
