This is so vague I'm sorry i cant remember much but there was this shoujo manga where when fl and ml got together, were pretty much in a healthy relationship. Fl had this other love interest? He had black hair and i think fl disliked him.
Ml showed no signs of insecurity and it was like that until ppl around him put ideas on his head so he followed her in secret thinking she's meeting the other guy even tho fl was innocent and wasn't even meeting him. She catches him following her and there is this scene where ml hides his face with his hands in shame and she uncovers them and is shocked and sad at what happened.
I remember i saved that image on my pinterest ages ago as the art and expressions were really good but its gone and I can't find it.
