In the last page, is the mito saying they'll just leave Shizuma misunderstanding them since that's what Minato wants?

But Shizuma knows that Mito is his little brother's lover since Mito was already introduced to the whole family and was already approved as Souhei's lover, the proof being him invited over and letting Souhei live with him. Or did he said to Sgizume that he alreadt broke up with Souhei and flirted with Minato(as an act)?
