He goes to the “not-so-antagonist-but-much-more-interesting-than-the-MCs” cliche ‘cause, you know plot armor. I understand that there are a lot of miscommunications and misunderstandings but I gave my eyes more to the third party, even though he plays the mean part here. I joined the other comments here that hoping for a Masaki’s story a big justice for him.
When I first read this, I thought it would be somewhat similar to Killing Stalking but it proves me wrong after reading it whole. Personally, the dramatic touch was good and not that really heavy compared to other similar mangas/webtoons. In spite of the very obvious effect of Stockholm syndrome, the very morale of the story is really good. I guess the flaws of each main character can only be completed by each other's warmth and affection. I was surprised on whose the top and bottom on the second pair though,lol.
