I don't feel angry towards Ryuh Han because he acted pretty normally as a friend tbh. Sang Hwa expected more of him only because he has unrequited feelings for him. Now that he doesn't, he finally sees Ryuh Han's animosity towards hyung for what they were, out of concerns for his friend and out of jealousy that his spot as the best friend is taken from him. It's quite understandable that he would act that way.
