I almost didn’t read it bc of the “he gets excited as a 29 yr old at the prospect of doing it with a high schooler” but that’s not what it’s like at all. Yeah he kinda remembers he was an adult before, and he’s excited at sleeping with an attractive person who is into him, but it’s not creepy or weird, bc he doesn’t really remember being an adult. He’s pretty much just a high schooler.
It’s a really sweet story overall.

Until Lorkan ruined it all I assume? Or greedy humans ruined it all and then Lorkan went evil (became greedy himself?) and Sol is bound by his promise to Brian.

So much of this was unnecessary
I wanted to like it but the way the author forces the story along was not great.
