I can promise you, it makes little difference to sensei if you read it today on mangago or in 3 days on mangago, however, if you truly want to support the author buy the official translation yourself. Then people also won't feel the need to donate to some weird go-fund-me, that's most likely a scam.

I have a weird relationship with this manga - started reading it in middle school (all the volumes are thankfully out in my language) and now I'm almost done with University and it's STILL going on. Part of me is happy, part of me really wishes some of their dynamic had changed to show character growth.
