Dang, this felt like such a waste. I had high hopes because it had so much world building at the start, the main protags are strong mages, there is war and political aspects but then the plot went so downhill just as fast.I kinda figured it wouldnt be great due to how much was being set up vs the chapter count but cooommee ooonnn dude.
There is no consent. Everyone wants the uke. Somehow the uke likes the shitty king but hides it. Worst taste in men I guess. From chapter 1 Albert creeped me out before even finding out he is crazy. Especially the point where the uke was in a mentally regressed state of mind and he was like ooo I like this. Then at the end where he makes the other guy watch. He is going on my freak list and glad this was rushed so it can be ended ╥﹏╥
Idk why they made the knight the ML cause im fine with age gaps but the way it is written just FEELS weird. I think the knight is cute and all but not as the love interest. Literally could have been left as a wholesome non romantic relationship but nooooo. Now it wouldn't be as bad if they skipped the first 50 chapters of when she is a kid and just summaried those events for make her at least in the teens. Then the gap wouldn't be as crazy but they could have easily just make him like a teenage knight in training. The amount of childlike qualities she had with him made it feel gross.
Tbh I thought the brother was gonna be the love interest because I assumed they were not related and the mother lied to the duke but that ended up not being the case. So I assumed we were gonna get another character around her age to be the ML and then they grow up together etc. Clearly that did not happen. I kinda just finished the story to finish it but hmm.
Warning for others since I didn't check the comments before reading. Currently after chapter 10 the story is the wrong one. I have followed the trail I could find and on all the places I found the translation is on hiatus in the same spot. I did not realize and now I am in limbo and not able to finish this one tonight┗( T﹏T )┛It was getting good and I wanna see the revenge plus cute puppy boi.
This ended up being a cute and sweet read. I thought the ML was gonna be a tyrant based off the context at the start but he was so sweet. It was cute when he got all clingy and protective (≧∀≦) The FL is weak but stands her ground while also being cute, funny, and got some bratty behaviours lol.
Dang the FL is ruthless but I love it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ The backstory is sad but I love me a revenge story. I am glad she found someone to match her freak. I like which ML she chose but the side stories were not needed. I wanted like marriage and romance sides but we got the other ML? Would have been better if they did 2 different side stories so we get our extra marriage romance and then the 2nd ML AU end.
The art change hit me like bricks. I thought I was reading the wrong story cause who tf are these people?! XD
The tags are a lie, this is a slice of life shoujo drama but it was still a good read about an idol and a fanboy.

Tbh this could have been a short funny and ridiculous love story between them but there was so much smut. Like it wasn't bad but wasn't great. With less smut it could have been a short solid read. I do like the duality of skinny designer boi who loves sex with thick athlete boi who is a big puppy. Also did not care for the first love showing up and causing issues but he was also creeping me out
