Wait. Did the (I forgot the name) dwarf saw Arts "true self"? and is he also a reincarnation of someone who was dear to Arts past life, but was betrayed by him? And doesn't have any memories about him?

And what if the continent is somehow Arts Kingdom?

actually i've read a spoiler before and your assumptions are 98% correct. The continent that was monitoring them was where Art lived as their former King. Elijah actually was the one who betrayed Art in their former lives.....and read below if you want to be spoiled as well
