I think it was a about a group of young adults (?) that traveled around and they were on an island. They somehow split up and the main character found out that the girl (also his crush) who was also part of the team actually lived on that island alongside other women. I can't remember what it was with that island again but there were also some men who lived apart from the women and were always somehow away.
So an island with many women and a tiny group of men and the genre was ecchi lol
