Isn't that a standard for uploading official translations in an illegal site? It's a paid chapter, and when one uploads a chapter right after it's release. The author might not be able to earn properly. There's this unsaid rule, every uploader follows, i.e. to wait for atleast a day or two before uploading the newest chapter because it might affect the author (monetarily)
