Tbh I really feel it's more of a metaphor.. like the wife was initially super mad at hubby for going for a younger girl thinking it's all about looks... But she herself is going with the younger girl for looks, just her own..
She def a little delulu but I think it's more of her FEELING young again and feeling desired and physically active as though she's still young and spry. And the positive vibes and less stressing over her looks actually made her look younger and happier.
Younger girl def knows what's going on and that the wife has an age complex as after sleeping with her for the 1st time, she looked so confused when the wife was all "omg I look so young again" but just let it be because it made her happy lol.
Honestly, although ending is sugar baby x milf, I still like it because it's a happy end and the characters are compelling enough ^_^
