Would l'île to know more about the other meaning of his name
Hmm... I wouldn't say that, since I vaguely remember him specifically mentioning how the word itself held a different meaning in their old language or something. Anyway, I just don't expect it, because the grandfather had no reason to choose such a name and others didn't react to it, unless it's about the fact that the more well-known meaning of the word is "Shadow". If this had been the name of the first, people would know and not feel like this name was the current patriarchs way of putting his grandchild down.
