Well.... It's not a spoiler but my understanding by reading thisWacko's other name is Han Jay, and remember people mentioning that the largest Share Holder of Dream Ent. Is held by not one person but a Company that is run by Han Group or Family.
And I'm pretty sure Yoon Jay's the head of that company, that's why he doesn't mind selling his shares to cranky rotten old man, as it also serves the purpose of making the old dude less conscious of Yoon, simultaneously helping Lee Yoohan.
And remember how Wacko said to Taemin that " don't be surprised I plan to loose the first round". I'm pretty sure this is the first round he was talking about.
