Well, I guess that's why everybody is calling him stupid ... Being 23 and THAT innocent only makes sense if he has a mental capacity of small child ... because even a underage teenager would know better that not go with that creep after all he already knows about him. The author wants to have it both ways but in doing so, it's insulting the intelligent of readers by asking everybody to understand an adult who was deemed fit for military service could be this defenseless/innocent in such a basic, easy to spot red flag situation/person.
As has already been discussed, Siwon is presented as a child both in looks and his over emotive mannerisms to devoid him of responsibility and to not make readers just view him for the cheating, selfish, abusive 23 year old man that he is. Siwon was perfectly capable being deemed fit for military service, living independent at uni etc so you would think he should have mental capacity. However, he is presented instead as having zero risk awareness. Siwon knows what Lu Xian did to his ginger friend, he also has been in similar situations with Lu Xian himself. Most people would disown someone they knew was friendly and wants to get in the pants of the person who sexually abused them or made their childhood/teenage years hell as is what happened to ginger friend and Jinha respectively, but Siwon gets a free pass from those guys. Siwon seems to be struggling with the "fact" that he is interested in Lu Xian, he shows greater affection, lust, loyalty and trust to him than he ever did with Jinha. Siwon can be both a victim and an abuser, but he's not innocent of hurting others. As Jinha said in the first few chapters, Siwon CHOOSES to remember things in a way that makes him look good and others take the blame, even if this is untrue.
wtf he's 23 and he's this stupid? wow i mean i knew he was in college but damn i didn't think he was already that age. but yeah wow there is only so far you can go. he has crossed a boundary that takes his stupidity to the next level
