I had a phase where i only read bl for months but now I read whatever chases my interest. Bl, gl, bg it doesn't matter as long as the charecters are likeable and they have chemistry. Bl isn't inherently superior than other romantic tropes. Most of the trending bl is shit actually.
My honest advice is that give it some time maybe you'll eventually ......
