As far as I could read with my elementary level Korean from the raw I don’t think it’s too long, they weren’t together but (VAGUE SPOILERS AHEAD:)

garam had a situation that brought him to tears and he went to jaekyung to confide in him and he helped him cheer up, this should happen within the next few chapters actually it’s not exactly that his redemption arc is over but they are talking and spending time with each other again only a few chapters after this (no relationship or sex though as far as I’m aware I believe the most that’s happened is they both quietly masturbate thinking about each other)

Garams mom got hospitalized and he was in tears if I remember correctly he was also stressing about how’s he’s supposed to afford the hospital bill and he came jaehyuk and started to cry, seeing garam cry his heart started to throb and he took him out to help get his mind off it

Garam wasn't stressing about the hospital fees, he was worried about his mom and wanted to visit but he also has class in first period and he doesn't know if he can skip because it's their finals soon. Jaehyuk offered him a ride to go to the hospital faster and make it in time for his class, not really to help Garam get his mind off of it but to help Garam who didn't know what to do.

and the mysterious guy got strangled i think with tentacles. Half of his face melted off then after a talk or chat with the green haired elf eared guy it just suddenly came back to the present where mephisto was fucking the mc

sorry for the not so clear summary but hopefully we will actually find out in the few chapters

Do you mean cliff? The one who saved him in the flashback chapters? Idk they don’t really look similar and from what I’ve seen from the raws mephisto didn’t look like cliff before the tentacle thing happened. Ima check again brb

Yeah I think him and Leon fought after cliff disappeared and then after mephisto was beaten and left vulnerable the tentacle thing got him and infested him and now it’s just a part of him. The only way he looked a little similar to cliff was maybe the long hair and the pointed ears but that’s it. If anything cliff looks more like a mixture of deus (whatever his name is) and nergal

Yep he got corrupted by tentacles like use his body as the vessel coz the place he lying at was burning the tentacle seek in mephisto body.
