Can we just take a moment to appreciate the character designs? Like, Jiwoo's physical change throughout is so subtle yet if you pay attention he went from a cutie to a cutie whose aura farming, and he visibly looks more muscular
and lemme just gush about the clothing? Like, mwah, chefs kiss. They're not too flashy or difficult and it's like something you'd see people on the street wearing and look twice at. Like, when fighting, they're not wearing anything that'd get in their way, I literally live for little details like that. Ya, they cooked with these character designs bro.

[sorta long read.. sorry]
This has a lot of potential, the overall story line seems very interesting but this seems kind of rushed? Like, she died multiple times, yet not once did she even attempt revenge until she gained better powers?? I feel like if you know something is going to happen in the future, you'd use that information to your advantage, no?
Secondly, the characters so far are so confusing, at least to me. Like Dulke is very confusing, so far what I see is that he's a hypocrite, but he has like a fan base?? Like if he's committing these acts why is no one acting like they've just seen literal ted b*ndy walking the streets? His personality is super flip flop.
Sorry if this is confusing to read, I needed to rant

Its because the "Duke" gets rid of anyone that knows his true self, to the point he overrides his own memories of what happened. His men know his "persons" and pleas him, but are also afraid of him and to speak up because they know he can get rid of them and noone would question it because "he is a chosen Hero, and god dosn't make mistakes" + he is royalty so he he can have the imprissoned and noone would ask why.

To add, being an awakened assures you of status. It's a fast track way to being, rank-wise, nobility. They have powers gifted by their god(s) and that alone elevates them above almost everyone. Thus, despite Duke's violence, nobody bats an eye. In their eyes, he is a figurehead blessed by the heavens. He, literally, could do no wrong.
At the end of the day, it's highly problematic to have 'chosen ones' who are questionable. The gods don't seem to care what kind of people they pick. Just as long as the world plot heads to the written path of heroes defeating the demon king then all is well. Why would they care if their chosen ones leave a trail of death in their journey? The demon king is dead and peace reigns again.
Ridiculous. That's why I say, YOU GO GIRL. DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO. This world is heading to destruction with or without her anyway.
Also, to clarify about why the sudden switch to vengeance...it was shown in the earlier chapters. Did you just fast track through and missed it? The only reason why she turned evil now is, despite dying thousand of times and returning back in time, not once did the black haired leader of the party (the one she was in love with) ever treated her badly or ever killed her. Then the latest death happened. Dunno why but he finally does the deed and kills our MC.
Whatever motivations she had back then, it seemed lacking as her powers never quite became powerful. This round though, with nothing holding her back and pure unmitigated anger and fury at those who mistreated her, all the accumulated resentment just burst forth and I suppose it manifested in her awakening. That's thousands worth of controlled fury. It was her love for that one guy that gave her hope whenever she went through bad times. With hun killing her too....well a big 'F YOU' right back to the world who wants nothing but to see her suffer.
Okay, the plot is pretty interesting but it's not very well executed and it's going really fast. And there's some holes? Like, they dont explain how they got switched, and another thing is Catherine and Aysel are the same age, meaning that The Duchess and Mistress got pregnant at the same time, gave birth at the same time and yet no nurse or doctor raised an eyebrow about how a blonde baby suddenly had white hair?
And then, they made it seem like the Duchesses father cares for her deeply, let when she went blind he was no where around?? I know if my daughter went blind to save her "daughter's" vision, I'd be there in a heartbeat to care for her. I wish there was more of an arc about her blindness, but disabilities aren't shown very accurately in manhwas so I doubt we'd ever even hear about her being blind again.
And then Aysel, I feel like her story is going a bit fast, like she was abused, killed and then revived and abused again, I wish they'd show her having more PTSD or at least being more hesitant around Catherine.
Maybe I'm just nitpicking things, but I kinda hate the whole "disability healed" thing in stories, it gives more reason for revenge and basically adds more character depth than just "oh yeah, she was blind, now she's not, oh yeah, she can also use magic now!!!1!1"
whoopsie, my bad for writing an essay guys
Nah... I totally agree... they go so fast a lod of plotholes were left behind...
But tbh? I'm not minding at all... because I'm so so tired of comics being so dang long... like 100+ chapters... at 1 per week... takes YEARS to finish reading them... and sure, it's heartaching when you feel a story you like reading is ending soon... but it also gets tiring... so I kinda miss comics ending with less than a 100 chapters...
And it would pish me off if mc dragged things on pretending to be blind and didn't find her daughter soon... I'll just take it as a light read without paying too much attention to it...
yea i agree, sometimes u just gotta turn ur brain off and nod along
Omg... I just noticed your name and pfp...
