i think it's a 50/50 situation since kyungsoo was a beta and chowon said that he's body wasn't opening for him because he can't produce any pheromones like an alpha. Though chowon is still a dominant omega, kyungsoo has the possibility to make him pregnant if he use like the alpha pheromones that dojun's company created. This is all my assumptions

However, since beta men are like normal men, they can get others pregnant. So I think for beta men they can impregnate those who are able to get pregnant such as beta women, alpha women, and all omegas.
