I stopped reading because of the selfish and inconsiderate seme. Granted someone knows I like them and continues our friendship.. even if you don’t like me back it feels like you’re being strung along. Getting married, getting divorced and deciding now is the time to act on unrequited feelings. He used him as someone to fall back on, I don’t see how he could’ve truly loved him.

And Feilong does not want Asami back (they never we're together anyway), he wants to hurt him - at the beginning of the story anyway until he's able to sort those feelings out.
Everything is alright at some point in the plot up to this point - but about the future no one can say - because this is not finished yet. We don't know where the author is going, but it's not her style to do un-happy-endings.
Concerning the rape again: It's some kind of trope of yaoi (at least it was at the time the story started) of rape and non-con happening to the uke. He gets raped by "his seme" as well as others. Akihito literally gives zero fucks generally (his only trauma really is about getting strangled and that is by someone else entirely). The rest he kind of shrugs off. He's far more concerned about being taken seriously and about what he actually means to Asami than about any non-con happening to him.
But IF those things are a no-go for you then I can only guess that this story is not for you.
Even IF the main protagonist Akihito does not suffer trauma from rape, he's not the only one who is or has been subjected to rape and/or abuse in this story.
And those others DO suffer from forms of pts or trauma.
It's just a question of whether you are actually interested in the story as a whole or only in the main pairing and skip the plot (〜￣△￣)〜
