I rarely ever want drama in my comic, but if mc is not gonna get hella pissed then i'm dropping this. the guy lied to him and more or less have been stalking him for so fucking long. ml is creepy af and i hope mc can finally pick up on it now and dump his ass.

I think what you need to understand here is that while Jin Kang is indeed “softer” compared to some of the characters that have showed up in this manhwa he’s still nevertheless very much an accomplished cracker with a long record and this means that you cannot apply normal moral values to him. Not to mention he literally fucking went AWOL with no prior notice? What are they supposed to do, not look for him with all of their ability? Why do people insist on doing this??
Once more I lament the loss of the cyber/camera-stalking scene from the novel (wherein Jin Kang hacks CCTV footage to follow Seo Yiyeon all the way to his apartment), it was such a good way of establishing that Jin Kang is very much on the same wavelength as VX/Seo Yiyeon…they’re literally both people who not only have the means to carry out incredibly invasive information searches, but also will do so with zero hesitation.
This kind of conduct (“stalking”) is if anything expected between them? If you’re found it’s not because the other party is a creep it’s because your own defenses weren’t strong or thorough enough & you yourself weren’t fast enough in finding/cracking the other party, that’s the kind of logic they’re operating on. It’s not Jin Kang was hoping or meaning to hide forever, he knew he’d get found. He was expecting it. He just wanted some time to prepare himself.

tldr is basically mc’s literally a cyber criminal who literally also “stalked” his man all the way to his apartment through street cameras in the novel. they *both* work like this so it’s not only meaningless but also counterintuitive to treat them like regular people. their whole game is digging up information. also if your friend (who you have a crush on, but not so important) dropped off the map for no reason would you not also look for them with everything you have.

Truer words never been said. Always exciting whenever I see u commenting because you can put things/plot into much better perspectives than I ever can. Maybe part of the reason why I'm so lenient with the multiple identities part is that I myself am a programming major so as long as we accomplish our goals/objectives anything is plausible.

my thing with the multiple identities is that yiyeon meeting jin kang as himself and not as vx was an absolute necessity because a) jin kang would’ve ran away or clammed up otherwise since he’s stubborn like that and b) more importantly jin kang puts vx on the highest possible pedestal like he doesn’t just idolize him he /worships/ him straight up. practically impossible to start a relationship like that (not to mention jin kang himself is also like “vx is my god there’s no way I’d ever fall in love with him or anything crazy like that it’s impossible he’s 10000% out of the candidate list”). in order to get where he wants in a relationship between them yiyeon has to first show that he’s Just A (Hot) Guy
black was because he really couldn’t help himself all he wanted was to talk to lrot again (& of course find out why his L left)
and uh in any case we’re again, dealing with crackers who as a rule don’t use their actual names & are also freely capable of switching between identities and all that. chronically online but in a way that far surpasses the “normal” chronically online ppl on like social media. if anything it’s even more in character for guys like them to be using multiple masks
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/cb/u108631_50x50.jpg?2)
except it’s still not “I did it for a job” because that implies a separation of personal/professional which is. Not Going On Here. These guys aren’t pros in the formal or normal sense of the word, they’re hobbyists who’re so good that they’re easily able to make a living off their skills in invading privacy. how the hell do you think they started off? they literally live and breathe in this mindset, you’re trying to separate the cracker from the character/person and it doesn’t work like that because so much of these guy’s identities is tied to who they are and what they do *online,* way more so than any mask they wear irl
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/19/u530023_50x50.jpg?2)
It's simple to understand them really. Because to understand their ways of thinking, you need to understand about the title of this manhwa first. This manhwa tells you about zero day attack/zero day exploit/zero day vulnerability, where these so called cracker, otherwise known as professional cyber criminal do their 'job' that is stealing personal data, planting malware, breakthrough security system in order to achieve certains goal/objectives. Most of them is usually a black hat but in Jin Kang case he is more of a gray hat (somewhere between ethical and unethical type of hacker). So stalking isn't really a big deals of an issue in Yiyeon/Jin Kang case because that's their norm, being a cracker is a big part of their identity so if you try to judge them using standard society moral values believe me it wouldn't work because their ways of thinking is different from ours. Basically one cracker can have several masks/identity that they use irl and online, that's why in Jin Kang flashback we can see that VX propose to Jin Kang that they meet irl to understand /know each other better. So when Jin Kang/LROT suddenly went off the grid, of course VX can't help but doing everything within his means of capabilities to find out the reason behind LROT actions.

u know what i really love. I love how they did not magic her scars away. so many manwha's (or stories in general) will not lt the fl have any "flaws" no matter what she has been doing, and i love that in this they allowed her to keep the marks of the life she has been living, every scar she has is one she took so her sister did not need t ger one, and i love it.
ITS back and its beautiful. im so excited.
