That’s because she can literally kill with that pebble because she’s that strong, same with the others of the immortal regiment. Dr.Seok is a mutant too but instead of strength, it’s brains. ALL mutants have defects, but you no defect can be seen with Major Kwak so Dr.Seok is wondering if he’s a mutant at all. And I say “born” cause it’s important later on as it’s starting to suggest they weren’t “born”
