99% of bl manga/manhwa etc is just fetishy porn shit if that's what u want find one and read it. Let there be stories with actual plot and healthy realistic relationships like this. Meanwhile, protagonist 2 is confused because he went to the urologist and he raped him (because settings where you're having any ailment so you go to the doctor and he ends up raping you is SO HOt!! 1!).
