Not reallyy, remember the buff dilf like uncle in Alice labyrinth? In one chapter he said that Jay will act clingy whenever he is tired. Probably the reason why he's being lovey dovey in that instance. He doesn't get any sleep because of the recent case regarding yoohan's manager and myungshin, so he probably is doing something about the issue causing him to lack sleep!
Also Jay will feel obliged to a person whenever they talk to or request to him whenever he is exhausted from work. But yeah, Yoohan definitely is his stressball though(⊙…⊙ )
