I read the novel.
The first 100 chapters… nothing really happened.
Then in chapter 113, ML raped MC because MC was hiding alcohol, despite the ML telling him not to drink or hide it.
The rape scene was completely unnecessary.
But what I hated the most was the MC's brother/sister and the best friend.
Spoiler below.
In past life, MC's sister's best friend wrote a novel, MC as a side character and the sister liked it and asked MC to read it. But how could the sister ask the MC to read a novel where character with his same name, he who was desperate for love and then committed suicide??
And why the hell the sister didn't stop her best friend from writing it? Why the fuck did she even write it in the first place???
I really, really hated them.
The brother had a good life in this lifetime, but what about the MC? He suffered because of them.
If I had a brother or sister like that, I would punch them.
In the past life, the MC’s brother was actually his sister.
The best friend remained the same as in the past life.
The ML was the MC’s senior.
Overall, the novel was good, but despite the rape, the ML did take care of the MC.
