This was a lovely and intriguing read. At first, I thought the story had to do with a tsunami or radioactivity because the girl lives in a secluded area. And also that the researchers are always dressed up in costumes. But that was not the case at all. Instead, it was about ''human farming''. Although the concept is heavy, it was a bittersweet read. I think this was a lot about value. The big brother chooses to go to school. Later on, when the big brother manages to escape and tell his little brother and the girl about why they live there, the little brother chooses to escape while the girl stays. What would you do in a situation like this? And why?
Another interesting thing I found about this manga was the girl without the arms. When the big brother gets ‘’cut up to pieces’’(god, that sounds so wrong) she decides to buy his arm and attaches it to her. This made me wonder if she did it to make him become apart from her or maybe to manage to help the little brother escape because the big brother failed. Nevertheless, this bittersweet and definitely worth the read. (~ ̄▽ ̄)~
GODDAMN...even Game of Thrones wasn't this brutal ╥﹏╥
