Hmm, so Tachibana is Nao's childhood friend, she wronged him in the past and then disappeared, soon after Nao lost his parents and moved from relatives' house to another with his little sister who became the center of his life to an obsessive extent almost. Then they meet up again in Tokyo where they end up in the same school. Tachibana starts to hang around Nao again and even seems obsessed with him, also Nao doesn't hold grudges for long and they got back to being friends, they settle for the childhood friend relationship which they both agree on, even Tachibana who often shows misleading conduct. With a new person entering their life, Nao and his sister Suzu get to work on their relationship, and while staying close they start allowing each other to have more freedom. With that, Nao opens up to the possibility of dating and here comes Ishihara or big titties or the super cute and proper girl he's interested in... they start dating but then she shows some obsessive behaviors which he has not noticed yet. I hope I said enough or didn't spoil :)
