Ines didnt remember her first life just like Carcel didnt remember any of his past lives. The only way people remember their past lives are if they committed suicide or if they made a wish to remember and Anastasio grants the wish. In Ines’s case, she committed suicide twice so she automatically remembers only her past two lives. In the true first timeline, she didn’t commit suicide and she didn’t ask Anastasio for memories. This is why Anastasio gives her back the memory of her death in the first life in ch 96 so she can begin to remember Carcel is her first husband.

Okay I'm a bit confused here, if she didn't ask anastasio for memories then how did she get them back?
Notice that after Anastasio told her she made a good choice this time, she suddenly got the memories. Why? She finally chose Carcel who was the right answer all along so Anastasio returned her memories. They will serve a purpose in season 3. It’s primarily for her character development.
