I keep thinking back to this whole forced throuple situation. Did he get in a relationship with the husband before or after he found out who his wife was?
He knew that they were married it's one of the reasons that he started talking to him. He was probably planning on somehow splitting up the relationship at first but now is in love with both of them. Which now he feels guilty for hurting both people he loves.
