I think you’re getting it mixed up, good facial proportions doesn’t necessarily mean adhering to realistic human standards which both the one piece artstyle & this manhwa’s artstyle clearly don’t do.
It’s about how balanced and harmonious the features are WITHIN the context of the style and design, it does not have to look “realistic”
You see if it was just the artstyle I would’ve been complaining about every single panel of hers and even the other female characters who share some similar features, but once again I’m referring to one specific panel!
