The mc is like the leader of the country/group(?) and the seme is the vice leader. But the mc is hiding/run away from the group. The seme found him and gave his wings back, he is mad with him btw. The only thing i remember is that the uke liked his childhood friend/senpai (not sure) and confessed to him but the seme is straight.
