Man imma just hope they just really glossed over the discussion before where the actually talk about their boundaries and what going to happen during the scene(this important because consent during a scene and beforehand are very different). Also a verbal safe word only works when the other person is able to talk, it’s not really effective when has something in their mouth (like when they are being gagged, bjs, breath play, etc).
I get some people just wanna see the fun stuff but I’d really like to see a story that is actually going into detail about this kinda stuff

I feel like there was one scene where jooni couldn’t move his arms or talk and he didn’t like that. So they established: either gagged or not moving his arms. So he can communicate when he wants to stop. Or my memory is playing tricks on me and it was a different BL. But yes one rule was the tapping his shoulder or something(▰˘◡˘▰)

Man I can never get into stories like this in the beginning it’s always one character doing whatever they want to get their way without ever considering the other person’s feelings. Tho it’s always treated as the correct thing to do because by the end of the story they have mutual feelings but it’s ended up like that because it was predetermined by the author!!!!
Idk I’m just not a fan of the “always be persistent and it will pay off with mutual feelings” trope/cliché

Same! Even though I like this manga, I always get annoyed at the trope that is used in tv shows as well when the side characters are like “what are you doing? Aren’t you going to fight for them? Go after them! Don’t give up!” When the mcs gotten rejected or something, it’s so weird they act like they’re in the wrong for respecting their wishes and trying to move on?? Then the mc goes after them and all of a sudden they actually liked them the whole time, but only now can they be together since they’ve proven their love - and I’m just like this makes no sense lol
