Idk if it’s the characters themselves, how they are as a couple, or just how the character development has plateaued but I’ve kinda stopped caring about what’s happening and have mostly been skimming.
In the raw,’it’s currently at 68 and I heard it is gonna end soon. Also we gonna get more backstory for Kai at chapter 66. And since then I feel like there been more development in their relationship. Their development is slow but it’s there. But I understand how you feel too bcs I felt the same for awhile too

Man imma just hope they just really glossed over the discussion before where the actually talk about their boundaries and what going to happen during the scene(this important because consent during a scene and beforehand are very different). Also a verbal safe word only works when the other person is able to talk, it’s not really effective when has something in their mouth (like when they are being gagged, bjs, breath play, etc).
