Monster and the Beast ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/the_monster_and_the_beast/) has similar vibes, though the personalities of the two main characters in that story are kind of flipped with the monster being the crybaby cinnamon roll.

Okay, I’m looking for a one-shot, what I can remenber from it was the FL was really forgetful and was constantly late for dates with the ML. The ML got frustrated and said if she was late for the next date they would be over. She made a point to get there super early but he got there late because he really wanted to stay with her.
