I’m pretty sure it's because of what happened between the red-haired devil and Suha. Jiwoon is afraid from when Suha said he’ll visit him again (red-haired devil) that something bad will happen to Suha again. Which lead Jiwoon to act possessive towards Suha. (hopefully this helps)
